Since we launched our Fast Fashion collection back in 2016, we’ve been able to successfully test the market with new crops, jackets, raw edges and rolled cuffs. We continue to keep up with fashion shifts and retail trends, and we’re so excited to introduce our newest product – the bodysuit!
The bodysuit really embodies everything we do in our Fast Fashion collection. It’s a style that the imprintables market has never seen before. We launched it out in two colors – black and deep heather. And it’s made from 87% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton and 13% spandex. Since it’s mostly made of cotton, the new bodysuit lends itself to so many different decoration techniques. The spandex in it also allows for a nice stretch that hugs the body comfortably. This style really plays into that trending tucked-in look.
We teamed up with our friends at Deluxe Screen Printing to talk more about the new bodysuit and showcase how to print on it. While you can use either discharge or plastisol ink on the bodysuit, Deluxe choose to go with plastisol with a little bit of stretch additive, since it came out a bit brighter during testing. Check it out below.
We can’t wait to see what you all do with this bodysuit. Make sure to tag us @BELLACANVAS on social media so we can see your designs and for a chance to be regrammed!
All Fast Fashion items are only sold exclusively through our website.

Veronica
Hi,
Because all bodysuits come with spandex in it, my concerns are with heat transfer. I would love to buy these items and sell them with my designs on them, but I have not been able to find a heat transfer material that would adhere to this blended fabric without peeling. Do you have any suggestions? This info will greatly help as I find permanent wholesalers and materials.

Hi Veronica! You would need to look into purchasing a stretch heat transfer that must stretch and rebound with fabric. However, Stahl’s is a great company to ask for help with these technical questions if you ever needed more information!
